The service of post-warranty support of server equipment can be useful to you if you want to continue to use equipment for which extending manufacturer warranty is no longer possible or is economically impractical. We provide prompt replacement of failed components from the permanent reserve at our warehouse in Riga, which is replenished as needed.

In this case, we can offer you post-warranty service, which includes:

• Proactive monitoring (Monitoring as a Service, MaaS)

• Replacement of failed components in Riga on the next working day, in other cities of Latvia on the 2nd working day.

Obligations for faster replacement of components, as well as post-warranty maintenance of server equipment outside Latvia require separate discussion and consideration.

At the moment, we offer post-warranty service for server equipment from the following manufacturers.
Arista, Brocade, Cisco, Dell (Dell EMC), Hitachi Vantara (Hitachi Data Systems), HPE (HP), IBM, Lenovo, NetApp.

Post-warranty support for server equipment from other manufacturers is a matter for discussion.
